<by role="member" id="627">The Hon. J.J. SNELLING:</by> Well, I'll tell you who I was speaking to: I was speaking to senior doctors at the Repat just the other day, and what they made quite clear to me is that their staff didn't want to go back to paper records. They were so happy with EPAS that they did not want to go back to paper records. Of course, the rollout of any IT system has teething problems. There have been problems, which we have already acknowledged, about outpatients' appointments at the Repat with regard to EPAS, but unequivocally staff there have said that they do not want to go back to the old paper records.</text>
