SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries) (14:19):</by>  It actually is not now; in fact, in most of our emergency departments there is not necessarily an emergency consultant 24 hours a day. We've been talking about this for the last six months, that this is a concern that we have, that our emergency departments don't have senior clinicians 24 hours a day. If the Leader of the Opposition wasn't playing catch-up in this debate, he'd realise that.</text>
