But, as I also said before, it is not like, if any of us were having a meeting to talk about this, we were going to be having it in some clandestine fashion, hidden away from everybody, because in the end we have said to everybody, 'Yes, this proposal came up, cabinet said, "Yes, we like it and we are going for it."' That fact is inconsistent with us putting on disguises and hiding in places to have a talk in secret.</text>
