Leaving aside the meeting with Mr Spencer in June 2013 and what advice you may have had as the treasurer (as distinct from being the state development minister at the time) and the cabinet approval, did the Premier, as minister for state development or treasurer, have any involvement and, if so, what was it, in respect of the assessment of the ACP proposal by Renewal SA?</text>
