        <text id="20141204b2b4a2a432ff4bcfb0001153">The Legislative Council agreed to the bill with the amendments indicated by the following schedule, to which amendments the Legislative Council desires the concurrence of the House of Assembly:</text>

          <inserted>No. 1. Long title—Delete '; and to make a related amendment to the Parliamentary Remuneration Act 1990'</inserted>

          <inserted>No. 2. Clause 2, page 2, line 6——Delete line 6 and substitute:</inserted>

            <inserted>(1)&amp;#x9;This Act will come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation (which may not be a day that falls before the prescribed report has been presented to each House of Parliament).</inserted>

              <term>prescribed report</term> means the report prepared by a commission of inquiry established by the Parliament to inquire into and report on electoral reform that would ensure that the political party (or coalition) that receives the majority of the State-wide vote at a general election of members of the House of Assembly is elected in sufficient numbers to enable that party (or coalition) to form a government.</inserted>
