MULLIGHAN: Apparently the member for Mitchell looks at other pieces of paper while asking supplementary questions. What an extraordinary talent! The Speaker House of Assembly The SPEAKER: Oddly enough, minister, the question is not about supplementary questions. The Hon. S.C. MULLIGHAN House of Assembly The Hon. S.C. MULLIGHAN: As if to distract himself. As I have just explained in the content of the answer that I gave to the house from which the member for Mitchell asked a supplementary question, bus services are quite frequently moved from one area to another.
