        <text id="20141202cf3192c6418d4628a0001086">In 2012-13, there were 5,515 unique clients, with an age of birth to 17 years, reported in the final Disability Services National Minimum Data Set provided by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) which is the data collected for clients who have received funding under the National Disability Agreement.</text>
        <text id="20141202cf3192c6418d4628a0001087">The South Australian Home and Community Care data for 2012-13 shows there were 4,490 unique clients aged birth to 17 years.</text>
        <text id="20141202cf3192c6418d4628a0001088">Clients may be reported in both data sets.</text>
        <text id="20141202cf3192c6418d4628a0001089">Utilising clauses in our existing contracts, DCSI has requested the names and contact details from providers of all state clients aged birth to 13 years in order to provide this information to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to assist them in contacting clients to facilitate their transition to the NDIA.</text>
