        <text id="201412026156d0b5c3384c1ca0001031">In the split of the Home and Community Care program, the commonwealth government is now responsible for some appraisals previously carried out by the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI). Consequently, the number of quality standards appraisals being undertaken by DCSI has reduced.</text>
