        <text id="201412020a9a08ff429e4373a0001007">The $53,000 of expenditure required in 2013-14 was not additional expenditure but funding carried over to complete development of the replacement functionality for the ageing Adult Specialised Support Intervention (ASSIST) system.</text>
        <text id="201412020a9a08ff429e4373a0001008">Of the $517,000 budgeted for 2012-13: $141,000 was for the development of functionality to replace the ageing Personal Support and Development system; the remaining $376,000 was for the development of functionality to replace the ageing ASSIST system.</text>
