PICCOLO (Light—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Police, Minister for Correctional Services, Minister for Emergency Services, Minister for Road Safety): I have been advised: The $53,000 of expenditure required in 2013-14 was not additional expenditure but funding carried over to complete development of the replacement functionality for the ageing Adult Specialised Support Intervention (ASSIST) system. Of the $517,000 budgeted for 2012-13: $141,000 was for the development of functionality to replace the ageing Personal Support and Development system; the remaining $376,000 was for the development of functionality to replace the ageing ASSIST system.
