This goes exactly to the heart of the press release which was first put out by the member for Mitchell and the Leader of the Opposition when this was first mooted in the budget, and that's what seems to be a new Liberal Party position, that there should be full cost recovery for public transport services, a five times increase in public transport fares.</text>
