RAU (Enfield—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Justice Reform, Minister for Planning, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Industrial Relations) (14:49):</by>  I will have to make absolutely certain that what I am about to say is correct, so I will have to check with the relevant officers, but it is my understanding that there has neither been a request to make such an extension—certainly to my memory it has not been made to me—and to the best of my knowledge there has been no extension either offered or suggested. So I am operating presently on the understanding that they will either be in a position to execute the first phase of the agreement by that date or they will not. And, if they do not, then that means that aspect of the agreement has come to an end.</text>
