BROCK (Frome—Minister for Regional Development, Minister for Local Government) (17:49):</by> I think I have mentioned this in my speech before, that I had lots of people come to me who could not prove to me that there was anything to do from the reports, the RIASs, that were done previously. Part of going forward was to actually have a regional impact assessment statement done on those three zones, being Ceduna, Port Wakefield and KI. They are in conjunction with each other so we can see the actual effect, if there is an effect there, but at the same time look at opportunities for future growth and value-added industries.</text>
