Does the minister accept that at a public meeting at Port Wakefield on 23 February 2014 he said, 'The locals know, not the politicians, not the bureaucrats in Adelaide. They have no idea,' and further went on to say, 'I congratulate you and I think keep protesting, writing your letters. There is an election coming up, so make certain you get your voice heard. You're the voice, you're the people we've got to listen to, so you're the ones who should be putting the pressure on all candidates, including—</text>
