They have come down by more than 6 per cent in the last financial year is the advice that I have, and for the next two years they will be capped to CPI increases. At the last election, which was the most recent time the opposition had to espouse policies about water pricing, we heard nothing. All we heard were apparently secret plans to privatise SA Water—secret plans to sell SA Water.</text>
