Given the Premier's statement of his understanding of the importance of employment for young people on the APY lands, can he explain to the house why, after nearly a year, the government hasn't implemented the driving-licence program which was legislatively referred last year and which we were asked to put through the parliament in a hurry to ensure job opportunities in respect of the camel industry and transporting food supplies for APY lands could be activated for young people?</text>
