MULLIGHAN (Lee—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister Assisting the Minister for Planning, Minister Assisting the Minister for Housing and Urban Development) (14:41):</by>  In the conduct of preparing the Auditor-General's annual report there is what is called the exchange of management letters between the Auditor-General and senior executives within the department. This, along with all of the other issues that have been raised in the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure as well as the other departments that have had issues raised with them by the Auditor-General, would have raised this issue and would have canvassed it with them. As to the exact date, that would not have been something initiated by the minister or my office. It would have been done at a departmental level, so I do not have that date with me.</text>
