        <text id="20141014476d0f5a78d24f76a0001119">After taking into account additional measures that have been approved since the Budget and Finance Committee held on 28 May 2013, and the recent machinery of government changes, the department is currently managing FTE savings targets of:</text>

          <item sublevel="1">308 FTEs in 2014-15</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20141014476d0f5a78d24f76a0001121">
          <item sublevel="1">301 FTEs in 2015-16</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20141014476d0f5a78d24f76a0001122">
          <item sublevel="1">318 FTEs in 2016-17</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20141014476d0f5a78d24f76a0001123">
          <item sublevel="1">323 FTEs in 2017-18</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20141014476d0f5a78d24f76a0001124">FTE reductions for existing savings measures have already been identified, and this will be confirmed once the 2013-14 accounts are finalised. Additional savings measures approved as part of the 2014- 15 budget are being allocated to divisions primarily on a net cost of service basis and divisions will be responsible for achieving the reduction as part of their divisional budget management process.</text>
