        <text id="201410148dfab9aa71a5483da0001690">There is a budget allocation of $8 million from the Tonsley project for environmental management, investigation and remediation of the site.</text>
        <text id="201410148dfab9aa71a5483da0001691">The budget allocation relates to environmental management, further site investigation and remediation, if required, associated with redeveloping a brown field industrial site to ensure it is fit for purpose for its intended future use.</text>
