        <text id="20141014d0a536052f9d46b690001532">A significant amount of the e-CARL development was managed in-house. Components of version 2 were undertaken at a cost of approximately $166,000. </text>
        <text id="20141014d0a536052f9d46b690001533">Costs associated with the telephone system amounted to $544,775 excluding GST.</text>
        <text id="20141014d0a536052f9d46b690001534">This will result in improvements to the system that include the ability to record and store all child protection notifications, advising callers of their position in the queue, and a message feature.</text>
