The previous domestic violence service in the south ceased on 30 November 2010 and combined generic domestic violence with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) domestic violence services. The new stage 2 service beginning on 1 December 2012 is ATSI-specific.</text>
        <text id="201409237a76492d654f4c4ea0001870">(2)&amp;#x9;Stage 2 service: through the 2010-11 reforms of the sector, the service was already Aboriginal specific and the target group did not change, only the service model. Therefore, funding of contracts from 1 July 2010 to 30 November 2010 (pre-stage 2 reform) plus 1 December 2010 to 30 June 2011 (post-stage 2 reform) have been added together.</text>
