RANKINE:</by>  Well, I don't know about you, but I'm not a technical expert so I can't identify every potential thing that could occur in relation to a computer system. Can you give me an assurance that your computer is not going to crash in your office? The fact is we have an alert system that is in place. Should the system break down there is an alert system that is activated to indicate that eCARL is no longer available, but the telephone system is continuously available 24 hours a day.</text>
