          <by role="member" id="614">The Hon. J.M. RANKINE (Wright—Minister for Education and Child Development):</by>  I have been advised:</text>
        <text id="20140916393255cae0d1487580001220">Pursuant to section 13 the Children's Protection Act 1993 (SA), Families SA are prohibited from disclosing information relating directly to a specific notifier. Furthermore, it is Families SA policy to not disclose quantitative data that could be depicted as relating to any one community on the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) lands. To do so would be potentially damaging and polarising to the individual communities based on the APY lands.</text>
        <text id="20140916393255cae0d1487580001221">However, as declared in the fifth and final annual report to the Children on APY Lands Commission of Inquiry: A report into sexual abuse, Nganampa Health Council as a signatory to the APY lands child protection protocols for children on the APY lands for the investigation and assessment of suspected abuse and/or neglect, are committed to meeting its obligations as contained therein.</text>
