Z.L. BETTISON (Ramsay—Minister for Communities and Social Inclusion, Minister for Social Housing, Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Minister for Ageing, Minister for Youth, Minister for Volunteers): I have been advised: 1.	The government allocated $200,000 in funding to the Volunteer Support Fund in 2002, and $150,000 each year thereafter. 2.	The Office for Volunteers, within the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion, convenes a selection panel to prepare recommendations for the Minister for Volunteers. The minister is then advised of the selection panel's recommendations and provides final approval on the successful applicants.
