RANKINE (Wright—Minister for Education and Child Development) (15:16):</by> The placement of social workers has been a difficult issue that we have grappled with on the APY lands. It's very difficult not only to get social workers who are prepared to go up there but also to get people who are appropriate for that environment, and I am sure the member for Morphett would appreciate that. What we have done is make sure that we have regular coverage of that area. We have put a lot of resources into the APY lands that have never been there before.</text>
