I am somewhat confused as to what might have happened to our Governor and somewhat confused that the state seems to have gone into administration—not surprised, sir, but confused. The Speaker House of Assembly The SPEAKER: In the way of the Donetsk People's Republic, the situation is that our Governor is very much in place but he is acting as the Governor-General. Therefore, the Lieutenant Governor becomes the Administrator, so the message was from the person otherwise known as the Lieutenant Governor. It is not from, I think, the Chief Justice, who sometimes acts as the administrator. Does that clear it up? Mr WILLIAMS House of Assembly Mr WILLIAMS: Thank you, sir.
