The opposition has obtained under FOI emails between the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and Arts SA in which the Department of the Premier and Cabinet human resources consultant Elizabeth Neville states: I have completely revised the position creation and appointment forms and have drafted a formal letter of offer. She goes on to say: The good thing about this strategy is that however long the transfer takes, it poses no risks, costs you nothing, and Nicole still gets paid. The Hon. J.J.
