In relation to a position within Arts SA that was created for Ms Nicole Burns in 2011, why was there a strategy for the creation of this position? The opposition has obtained under FOI emails between the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and Arts SA in which the Department of the Premier and Cabinet human resources consultant Elizabeth Neville states:</text>
