What I do know is that there is statutory body which has been convened in relation to the Clovelly Park matter, not in its emergency capacity but rather just to bring the particular officers together to discuss the future progress of the matter, and that is a matter that I understand was dealt with by the chief executive of the Department of Premier and Cabinet.</text>
