Housing SA has received advice from the EPA that there should be relocation as a precaution, and we take this seriously. On 6 June 2014, Housing SA was advised by the EPA that there was sufficient evidence to indicate a public health risk exists in relation to the area and that residents from this area should be relocated as a precaution. On 11 June 2014, I was notified of this advice by the executive director of Housing SA. On 16 June 2014, I received a verbal briefing on this matter by the department, noting that the lead agency on this matter was the EPA. On 30 June 2014, I was advised by the department on how Housing SA was implementing the advice received from the EPA.
