The supplementary to this question is in light of the deputy's answer. The reference to 'already planned' is the statement of Mr Fred Hansen who indicates that the terms of agreement do not require a further obligation, other than the infrastructure already planned, so the reference to 'already planned' is as to what the government has already committed to do. My question in respect of 'already planned' is: what is the infrastructure that is in the category of 'already planned'?</text>
