RAU (Enfield—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Justice Reform, Minister for Planning, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Industrial Relations) (14:30):</by>  Again, there are commercial-in-confidence aspects to the present arrangements. We have been through this many times in this parliament. What we have at the present time is—look, how you characterise this in lay terms I do not know, but I gather it is like an option. I think that is probably the best way of putting it in the sense that most people would understand it.</text>
        <text id="201406183140fdf811014fbf90000992">There may be an option over certain land if certain things happen. We are just working our way through that. We would like to see something constructive happen. We would like to see investment, we would like to see jobs, we would like to see an oil and gas hub; we would like to see all those things happen, and we would also not like to see this project pulled down by people who are continually questioning the bona fides of the people involved in this project and continually challenging whether or not it is in the interests of South Australia for us to be promoting jobs and a more active participation in the oil and gas industry.</text>
