I think it does an exceptional job for people on low incomes. It does great work for South Australians trying to buy their first home. It is not something that I have got front of mind. I am not going to detail to the house what the cabinet chose to do or not to do.</text>

The reality is, like I have said to the member for Davenport, it is not my intention to mislead him or the house. I make that very clear to him. The government has not privatised HomeStart.</text>
