At last count, we have a majority in the House of Assembly.</text>

KOUTSANTONIS:</by>  I understand today is a tense moment for members opposite, but it's not as if the member for Waite would have told everyone to vote Labor at the last election. He wasn't the one standing there on Friday saying 'vote Labor'. It's not his fault. Don't blame him. There's only one person responsible for all of you sitting over there, and that's the Leader of the Opposition. Don't be angry at us. The Transport Development Levy will be a budget measure and I expect, in the traditions of this house, that it will be a bipartisan measure.</text>
