I have asked the question, 'Has Mr Hook ever got it back to front?' The answer may be different. I have also thought about, 'Is there a fail-safe mechanism in place?' Yes, there is: the honourable Minister for Infrastructure, there he is, the fail-safe mechanism. That's there.
