PICCOLO (Light—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Police, Minister for Correctional Services, Minister for Emergency Services, Minister for Road Safety) (15:00):</by>  As the honourable member would know—and I will help him with the answer—my agency (the correctional services department) is required to carry out court orders, and that is our primary responsibility. What we do is ensure that if the person is required to be held in custody then they are held in custody, and they will be held in custody after an appropriate risk assessment and subject to accommodation; it is as simple as that.</text>
