          <by role="member" id="1812">The Hon. J.W. WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier) (14:44):</by>  The Minister for Regional Development made it absolutely clear in his answer. He said the initial letter he received is, very substantially, in similar terms to the one that was published in today's paper and that was sent to Dr Such. It was a preliminary letter that was sent after our first meeting. A series of pieces of information were requested by both gentlemen and I was happy to provide that. Essentially, there is no material difference in the letters that went to both of those gentlemen.</text>
