<by role="member" id="614">The Hon. J.M. RANKINE (Wright—Minister for Education and Child Development) (14:31):</by> I have referred the Chloe Valentine matter to the Child Death and Serious Injury Review Committee, and I will be meeting in the next week with the chair of that committee to discuss the progress of that review. Obviously, the legal matters in the court have been completed. We are yet to hear whether the Coroner is undertaking a review, and that could potentially delay the commencement of the Child Death and Serious Injury Review Committee. I would expect as soon as all legal matters are finalised that review will commence.</text>
