The government is working collaboratively with the entire ministry and, indeed, I look forward to members opposite coming to me to ask questions about where their priorities are for spending in their electorates. Perhaps one day the member for Dunstan can come to me and say, 'Tom, I need your help.' I think it is completely inappropriate for us to be debating the budget before the budget is introduced.</text>
