Can the Premier outline to the house whether anything in the commitment made to the member for Frome, which is subject to this commercial-in-confidence arrangement, commits this state to a greater liability than has already been disclosed publicly? Indeed, just last week, I met with Nyrstar executives in London to take a further step in those negotiations. I hope to be in a position within the coming weeks to be able to report publicly and, indeed, to this house the successful conclusion of those negotiations, and I am more than happy to answer all of your questions at that time. I don't want to offer any further information in the public sphere which may have an adverse bearing on our ability to reach that final agreement.
