What we have is the independent Public Service, which we have a great deal of respect for, and they are the ones who decide on the consultation. They are the ones who decide what and where these consultation adverts go. But I promise to the house that I will get a detailed response for members so they know exactly how much we are spending in their communities to let people know about the transport plan.</text>
