I said we haven't released individual costings. Perhaps if you listened to what I said, rather than pretending to listen to what I said. What I said is we have given an overall cost estimate to the plan. We have said to the community, 'We think, on the basis of the last 10 years' expenditure, there is about $23 billion that is constant. The rest of it has to be met.' That is what the consultation is about, to talk to the community about what projects they think are vital.</text>

Perhaps they could actually engage with the community and actually let us know what their plans are. This plan is about bypassing politics. This plan should be bipartisan. The Leader of the Opposition should be standing alongside us with this plan. Instead, he is silent. Why is he silent? He has his own secret plans: plans for tolls—</text>
