<by role="member" id="1812">The Hon. J.W. WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Treasurer, Minister for State Development, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for the Arts):</by> I have been advised the following:</text>
<text id="201311267522b6db6835425390000414">The South East Forest Industry Roundtable (SEFIR) was briefed during the entirety of the sale process.</text>

SEFIR did not provide any specific conditions relating to the Glencoe nursery.</text>

The $670 million purchase price received from OFO included the value of the Glencoe nursery assets.</text>
