BIGNELL:</by>  When you run a marketing campaign, you do it interstate and you also do it locally, so you have the people of this state being aware of what is going to air interstate, but also the best sales people we have got are the people who live here in South Australia. When the Liberal Party was last in government, we had two premiers in a row who talked this state down—they were all about 'Kick a Vic', and they were all about 'They stole our Grand Prix'. We are about actually giving people confidence about our state to celebrate what we have here in our state, and we will be doing that through marketing. The timing of it—we would be doing it whether it was this year, last year, or the year before, because it is the right time to do the—</text>
