On 11 July 2013, I met with the City of Marion and the City of Playford to discuss the transfer of stock to the community housing sector and the impact on rate revenue. Housing SA staff have also held discussions with local government, including the City of Marion and City of Playford councils. 3.	Housing SA is having ongoing discussions with local government in relation to the rate rebate and transfer of stock management to the community housing sector.
