I wonder whether the Premier can clarify this issue of no new levies. Will the Premier rule out any expansion of the existing car park tax—the current transport infrastructure levy—that the government has still failed to bring to the house? The Hon. J.W. As I understand it, the Leader of the Opposition has left open the possibility of raising existing taxation. I read that with interest in the reported press the other day, so perhaps he has some questions to answer there. We will be bringing to this house, if—after the consultation process around the draft legislation—there is a consensus about being able to move this through the house in this session. I would like to do that. I understand that those opposite might be keen to actually support the transport development levy. That was put to me today. If they are, we are more than happy to advance that through the parliament, through all stages, very quickly. The Hon. P.
