House of Assembly Fifty-Second Parliament, Second Session (52-2) 52 2 Parliament of South Australia House of Assembly published Bills Evidence (Discreditable Conduct) Amendment Bill EVIDENCE (DISCREDITABLE CONDUCT) AMENDMENT BILL Final Stages Final Stages The Legislative Council agreed to the bill with the amendment indicated by the following schedule, to which amendment the Legislative Council desires the concurrence of the House of Assembly: Clause 4, page 2, line 11—Delete line 11 and substitute: Section 34P(4)—after 'evidence' insert: that relies on a particular propensity or disposition of the defendant as circumstantial evidence of a fact in issue Consideration in committee.
