Like my colleagues, I am not able to answer that question either, because I don't have that information. However, I do make this observation: when I first saw this in the paper and I understood the attending kerfuffle that was going on, I did say to myself, 'Actually, this is not what people should be worried about,' because it says we have a government that is busy, we have a government with ideas, we have a government that wants to speak in plain English, we have a government that has fiscal responsibility central to what it is doing, and we have an opposition with no policies at all, except that they are going to repeal the law that prevents people eating dogs and cats.</text>
