        <text id="201310155fc03ded38b44f6ea0000352">1.&amp;#x9;What has happened to Aboriginal Housing SA stock and how is Aboriginal Housing coordinated now that it is part of Housing SA?</text>
        <text id="201310155fc03ded38b44f6ea0000353">2.&amp;#x9;How much does the government have in the funding pool set aside to pay Housing SA council rates and will the government pick up the difference between the 25 per cent paid now to local governments and any losses to councils with the transfer of houses to non-government organisations?</text>

          <by role="member" id="3123">The Hon. A. PICCOLO (Light—Minister for Communities and Social Inclusion, Minister for Social Housing, Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Youth, Minister for Volunteers):</by>  I have been advised:</text>
        <text id="201310155fc03ded38b44f6ea0000355">1.&amp;#x9;As at 30 June 2013, Housing SA has 1,784 dwellings identified as state owned and managed Indigenous housing. These properties are tenanted by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients. Tenancy and property management services are administered from local Housing SA regional offices by Housing SA staff.</text>
        <text id="201310155fc03ded38b44f6ea0000356">2.&amp;#x9;Housing SA is budgeted to spend $43.7 million on council rates for the 2013-14 financial year. We are having ongoing discussions with local government in relation to the transfer of stock management to the community housing sector.</text>
