All of these matters are documented within the Debelle report. All of the relevant findings are made. I am not going to canvass the findings of the Debelle inquiry again in this place. I know there are those who want to revisit the matter. I know that you are deeply disappointed that you didn't find things that you wish were in there that weren't in there.</text>
