RANKINE (Wright—Minister for Education and Child Development, Minister for Multicultural Affairs) (14:10): All of Mr Debelle's recommendations have been accepted by the government and we are in the process of implementing them. There are three, I think, that we cannot implement until such time as a legal event is completed. There are some recommendations in relation to legislation and those matters are being progressed. We expect to have the vast majority of the recommendations completed by the end of this year.
