Can he table today and make publicly available reports or papers or any facts whatsoever to prove his claim, made publicly, that power bills for households and businesses have gone down by 9 per cent to 18 per cent in the last 12 months? Can he provide facts which prove that ESCOSA's facts were wrong and will he do it today?</text>
